Data sources
Our reports are based on information filed publicly with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including quarterly reports (Form 10-Q) and annual reports (Form 10-K). We do not use material non-public information.
Our investor and fund coverage — portfolio holdings, quarterly activity, portfolio value, and sector allocation — is based on quarterly holdings reports (Form 13F) filed publicly with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by institutional investment managers. Market prices shown alongside that content come from a third-party market-data provider and are end-of-day prices, not live quotes.
Methodology & AI use
Gemvale Labs's thesis, valuation, and earnings content is generated by an automated AI research process. Reports are produced by analyzing publicly available company filings and are not written by human research analysts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Independence & compensation
Gemvale Labs does not accept compensation, in cash or securities, from any company covered in its research, and does not hold or trade positions in the securities it covers ahead of publication. Our research reflects our own analysis and is not influenced by any covered company.
This site may carry third-party advertising, served by an advertising network (Google AdSense) rather than sold by us. We do not choose which advertisers appear, and no advertiser selects, reviews, pays for, or influences our coverage or the content of any report. Because the network chooses what to show, an advertisement may appear on a page alongside research about any company — including a company that advertises. Any such placement is made by the network and is not compensation to us for that coverage, we do not accept advertising from a company in exchange for covering it, and we ask the network not to place advertisements from the companies we cover. Advertisements are labelled as advertisements, are kept separate from our research, and are not endorsements by Gemvale Labs.
Not investment, legal, or tax advice
Content on this site is general commentary and analysis, not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. Gemvale Labs is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and its research is not prepared or reviewed by licensed financial, legal, or tax advisers. It does not take into account your individual financial, legal, or tax situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for an investment, legal, or tax decision.
No advisory relationship
Using this site or its content does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Gemvale Labs.
Accuracy & limitations
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
13F holdings data & its limitations
Form 13F filings are made quarterly and may be published up to 45 days after the end of the quarter they cover, so the holdings we show are historical and may have changed — in some cases substantially — since they were reported.
A 13F reports only long positions in U.S.-listed equities and certain related securities. It does not include short positions, bonds, cash, private holdings, or non-U.S. holdings. For those reasons, the portfolios shown on this site do not represent any investor's complete or current portfolio, and should not be read as one.
Certain figures we display alongside 13F holdings are model or AI estimates rather than reported values. Average cost basis is the clearest example: a 13F reports share counts, not the prices at which shares were bought or sold, so an exact cost basis cannot be derived from the filing itself. Treat any such estimate as an approximation.
Nothing shown in our investor or fund coverage is an endorsement of, or a recommendation to follow, any investor's positions, and we have no affiliation with the investors or funds we track.
Valuation outputs
Valuation figures in our reports — including discounted cash flow (DCF) estimates, multiples-based comparisons, and any price targets — are model outputs, not predictions or guarantees. Treat them as one input among several, alongside your own risk tolerance and your own reading of the company's most recent annual report (Form 10-K) and quarterly report (Form 10-Q) in full, before committing capital.
